Its single-hand key operation combined with a smooth-glide, zig-zag base jaw design makes it one of the easiest chucks to use. The precision-machined 3-1/2" diameter body is heat treated and nickel-plated, ensuring accuracy, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting durability. The case-hardened jaw sets are carefully profiled to provide a strong grip while minimizing damage to wood fibers. This complete Talon Chuck Set includes the Talon Chuck, #2 Jaw Set, Chuck Key, 1-1/2" RH Jumbo Woodworm Screw, and a 4mm Hex Key. The #2 Jaws an internal chucking capacity ranging from 1-5/8" to 2-7/8" and an external capacity from 2" to 3-3/8". For secure mounting and true running, the taper lock adapter design ensures a tight fit on the lathe spindle.
