A spoonful of sugar might help their medicine go down, but their pets can often be a bit more of a challenge. If your pet is very tricky to handle, get someone else to help you. Restraining your pet while also trying to give them medication can sometimes feel impossible. So if you can, ask a friend or family member to hold your pet for you, so that you can concentrate fully on the task at hand.
