On prepared masonry, it penetrates and seals to provide a strong foundation for Corotech epoxy floor coatings. The unique formula forms a sealed epoxy barrier that prevents future corrosion. Its low viscosity fills voids and crevices without shrinking or forming craters. This semi-gloss clear pre-primer is chemical and fume resistant, with an extended cure time for maximum penetration. It also seals previously coated concrete, masonry, and galvanized metal and qualifies for LEED certification. Cleanup requires solvent, and the product is for both interior and exterior use.
