Known as the "master tool" for bowl turning, it excels at producing both massive profiling cuts and delicate finishing cuts. The addition of a Side Grind, also called a fingernail profile, allows for the "pull" cut technique and a larger cutting tip area, enabling heavy profiling as well as fine, shearing cuts. Crafted with a sophisticated combination of Cobalt infused M42 High Speed Steel and enhanced by a cryogenic treatment, these Razor Edge tools deliver exceptional edge retention and performance. The tool features a 14-1/4" long black stained hardwood handle with a copper ferrule and an overall length of approximately 24-1/2".
